Packing & Shipping Policy
Aizea Exports tries to keep packing and shipping simple because most of the items we handle are sensitive.
Fresh fruits, vegetables, halal meat, frozen products, seafood, and even sports goods need the right packing
so they arrive safely.
We first try to understand what the buyer prefers. Some markets want lighter cartons, some want stronger
ones, and some ask for specific materials. Items like red onions, potatoes, okra, garlic, ginger,
mangoes and kinnows behave differently during transport, so we choose the packing based on the product
and the route. Frozen and halal meat orders need temperature control, so we follow the instructions given
by the processing plant.
Before sealing the shipment, we usually share photos or short videos. It helps the buyer see that the
packing is done correctly. If the buyer needs labels, stickers, or printed details, we try to arrange it
if the request comes before packing starts.
During loading, we place the goods in a way that avoids pressure or damage. Some containers need ventilation,
some need dry interiors, and some need cold-chain handling. We check what the shipment requires and follow it.
Delays can happen due to port traffic, weather, vessel schedules, or customs procedures. When we see a delay
coming, we inform the buyer early. Clear updates help both sides manage the situation better.
We prepare documents like the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and halal certificates according
to the buyer’s country. We make sure the details match the goods inside the shipment so clearance becomes easier
at the destination.
Overall, we try to pack the goods carefully and ship them on time. It is a simple, practical process built around
the product and the needs of the buyer.
