Our Purchase Policy
Aizea Exports follows a simple way of handling purchases. Different buyers ask for different things, so we try
to get the details clear before we start sourcing. Most of the items we deal with are fresh fruits, vegetables,
halal meat, frozen products, seafood, and sports goods, so the market can change quickly.
When a buyer places an order, we confirm the product details in writing. It keeps things clear. Buyers in the
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Maldives, Iraq, Nepal, Japan, and Australia often request specific sizes or packing
styles, so we ask them to share their requirements properly. Items like red onions, potatoes, okra, garlic,
ginger, mangoes, kinnows, and meat cuts can vary a lot.
Prices move based on season and availability. Whatever price we offer stays valid only for a short time. If the
buyer agrees within that period, we proceed. For new customers, we usually request a small advance so that
sourcing can start without delay.
Before packing, we normally share photos or videos of the goods. It helps the buyer check the quality. Once
packing starts, major changes are difficult because fresh items cannot be handled again and again.
If something changes on our side—like crop conditions, availability, or sudden market shifts—we try to inform
the buyer at the earliest. Clear updates save both sides from later issues.
Our goal is to keep the purchase process easy to understand. Simple communication, basic checks, and steady
handling help us move the shipment on time without creating complications.
